Topic tags/keywords: burn woodburn woodburning bracelet custom help question

Hey everyone, been a while since I’ve been on. Hope you are all well.

As the title implies I had a customer come to me on Etsy with a request I can’t fulfill. I am trying here in the hopes maybe someone here can. I am a scroller, and what this gentleman needs is a woodburner. He is looking to get 4 custom made wooden bracelets (2 different bracelets, 2 of each). He needs one that will have 4 custom “beads” with Arabic words on them, and the other will have 5.

As a scroller I can’t do it as Arabic cannot be “stenciled” the way English can. What he needs is a woodburner who can burn/etch the words into the wood rather than cutting, thus eliminating the scrollsaw limitation of “floaters”.

If anyone can help him out please e-mail me at wtctdf@gmail.com preferably, PM me here, or even simply reply to this post.

Thanks!

Dan instead of losing a potential customer to someone else you might consider investing into a wood burning system such as the Colwood, I have the 2001 model and it works great, I use it for signing my projects.

I do a little bit of wood burning but i’m far from a pro, If you could send me some of the Arabic words I could give it a go..
