My daughter, who recently graduated from college (in 4 years I must say) with a degree in Education, will begin her first full time teaching job this fall. She asked me to make a stool for her classroom similar to the stool plans that are for sale on Woodcraft’s website.

Scooped Seat Stool – Downloadable Plan
Item #153391D
$9.99

- See more at: http://www.woodcraft.com/product/2083647/35744/scooped-seat-stool--downloadable-plan.aspx#sthash.z5fvW5Vg.dpuf

I believe that the plans were in a previous issue of Woodcraft Magazine, which I subscribe to. Does anyone recall which issue these plans were in?

So, why not just make the stool from the plans you found?

Crank,

I don’t have the plans but I might have the issue of Woodcraft Magazine that they were originally in. If I could only find it. Capisce?

Joe,

Bingo! It was/is in the June/July 2011 Issue, Number 41. However that is one of the issues that I am missing. Does anyone have it? If you do, would you be willing to copy the plan and e-mail it to me? I know that I can buy the plans but I would rather spend the $9.99 on woodworking supplies!
