Not sure if there is any interest but my parents are getting older and they own 35 acres and 3 good sized homes / cabins in East TN on the side of a mountain. My father has spent the past 20 years with hand to plow making this place a very nice peaceful and beautiful place to live or visit. They are selling as they are going to be getting to an age where they will have a difficult time maintaining the property. The property has a ton to offer as it features 4 fishing ponds, 3 homes, Pavilion, playground, trails, out buildings and tons of wild life and peace.

If anyone has any interest please visit

and if your not exactly interested please visit the web site anyhow and see what my parents have been able to accomplish since retiring to the mountains several years back. At the bottom of the page is a FB share link, if you dont mind you can share the link. When my parents bought the land, it was nothing but 35 acres of thick forest area on the side of a mountain completely undeveloped and next to impossible to navigate the property. Especially in the winter time.

Yeah It’s nice, thanks for the nice comments. I could not afford the property. It would certainly be tempting to just kick back in peace on the side of a quiet mountain. We certainly enjoy spending Christmas there with my parents and family.

My parents hope to live near their grandchildren and get to spend their sunset years spoiling grandchildren. :)

Oh yeah, my parents are not into hunting so there is no hunting on their acreage. They do get a good portion of wildlife passing through so they can just set back and enjoy nature.
