Topic tags/keywords: tablesaw blade

I recently purchased a frued dado set and then discovered that my old Craftsman table saw will not accept it since the arbor is not rated and too short. I don’t have room for anything of a larger size. The one I currently have has folding legs but gets me out to 25’ of fence capability to the right of the blade.

I had a craftsman mobile table saw and I used a wobble dado for a number of years. It was a direct drive saw and I ruined the bearing with that dado i think. I replaced that saw with an old 113.xxxxx that can handle a stackable dado. I replaced the fence on the 113 with a Delta that gives me about 33”. The saw got a mobile base and I have not looked back.
