I’ve been trying to find plans on the internet for making a bowl on the band saw that don’t require me having to use a lathe to finish the bowl out. Does anyone know of a site or have any tips for me on how I can do one? Any info you might have will be greatly appreciated.

Martin, look through my projects I’ve posted some bowls and nesting bowles on my bandsaw, all you do is take a round log, cut it to the size you’d like for example make it around 6” tall the diameter doesn’t really matter as long as it fits between the blade and the rear up right. You’ll need a resaw jig to screw the log to so as to keep it from turning in your hands on the saw then slice off a 3/8” which will be come the bottom sat that aside and flip the log back end on end with top in the upright position draw using a pencil a 3/8” border line all the way around the log then find your entry point it’s always best to follow the grain into the line then make your cut, sand everything to a finish and glue the bottom back on and there you have it.
