Hey all,

I’ve got one of those vintage 9 inch disc 6 inch belt craftsman sanders. Belt driven, with the motor under the table.

Kinda like this one:

Although mine is a single speed, like this:

I’ve rigged two tables similar to the first link. I found a second table on ebay for cheap. I usually orient the belt standing upright, again, like the first link.

Anybody have any pics of a good dust collection solution for one of these? I’m guessing perhaps rig some pvc fittings, or maybe build a box. The tables are tilt-able, so it would be cool to find a solution that still allows for table tilting.

Any ideas?

Please don’t respond suggesting I buy a different sander. That is not going to happen :)

Steve -

How about something like this? I belive they make a mini one too. Could set it up on the table next to it or something.
