I have a neighbor with two very large stickered and covered stacks (car size) of walnut and cherry, 5/4 and some 8/4 for 3.99 a BF.

Leave me a message if you are interested. He’s a very nice old man nicknamed ‘Chick’ and he’s wanting to get rid of it.

So if you’re in KC or nearby, message me and I’ll hook you up.

The wood is weathered and will need to be planned and joined, but other than that it looks real good. I plan to pick up some, but I can’t use it all.

RussellHAP, I’d very much be interested in either some walnut or cherry. I’m starting a ‘rocker/cradle’ project for my expectant daughter. I’ll be needing about 35+ bd ft. I can’t send private messages yet without more posts.

If I were anywhere close I would buy it all. Hoarding wood is my thing.

“Hoarding wood is my thing”

Monte, so YOU’RE why hardwood is so expensive, when I can find it at all !!!
