For the past month or so we have been getting the house ready to sell and most of the clutter and junk we’ve had in other rooms have ended up in the garage… a.k.a the workshop. For me this means the only thing I’ve been making sawdust with is yard sale sign stakes. This has been terribly difficult for me as Ive had so many great ideas for summer themed projects that I would like to do but just don’t have access to the shop now. I’m not sure how much longer I can take this! It doesn’t help that I get on LJ’s every day to see everyone Else’s inspiring projects. On the bright side, when me and my brother move in the the new house I have claimed a fair portion of the tiny basement and feel it’s necessary to treat myself to a new toy, preferably a new table saw seeing as I just sold my old one at the yard sale. Hope you are all enjoying your shops, you don’t know how lucky you are!

...I feel a little better now…

I feel your pain, Brother. I too, am packing up in anticipation of moving. Plans now are that we will move the 1st or 2nd week of June. Till then I can barely walk in my shop, it’s so cluttered with “STUFF”

Keep the faith, it’ll get better!

This is why I refuse to move, just thinking about packing up the shop makes me grab the bottle of Vodka and go outside with a cigar thinking, NO.
