my planer is out by .020’ side to side. On the left i got a reading of .947” on the right is at .927” What adjustment can i make to get is back? The blades are sharpen straight, and set in the cutter head parallel.

I sold mine over 10 years ago, so I’m going on memory. I don’t believe there is an easy way to adjust the cutterhead, if you’re absolutely sure that’s what’s off. You may have to adjust one of the 2 screws the assembly rides on, and I’d bet that getting it turned to adjust by .02” is going to be tough. It would amount to turning one screw enough to correct, then repositioning the drive belt (or chain, can’t remember) cog and getting it back in sync.
