Topic tags/keywords: phoenix store woodworking question

Hey Guys, I am going to be in Phoenix in June visiting friends and was wondering what places you would recommend a LumberJock stop by, not sure how much time ill have to go around to these places before somebody questions why we’re going to wood stores, but i need to stop by a few lol. Any places you know of/ like would be great, thanks!

I’m not from there, but last time I visited, there was a Rockler store on Thunderbird Rd, and Woodworkers Source on Black Canyon Highway.

St. James Bay was one of the first to start remaking the really nice planes and spokeshaves. He also does parts replacements for a lot of different tools.

Contact # is on his website. He used to have a great selection of old tools out front but I don’t know what his current setup is – give him a call and arrange a tour.

I’ll let my buddy know, he is visiting family there right now! If I hear anything before you go…
