Over the weekend I picked up a used Cabra-Tec HM-1V mini-lathe, minus the manual. I didn’t see an option to download manuals from their site. I’ve emailed Cabra-Tec for manual, no reply yet and (from other posts) support doesn’t seem to get back to people. Does anyone know where/how I can obtain a manual? It uses a Morse Taper #1 but the spindle thread has me stumped: old reviews state 3/4 X 16 tpi while new mini-lathes (Cabra-Tec’s site) state M30 X 3.5 tpi. If a manual isn’t available, does anyone have basic specifications?
Thanks,
Ray

This lumberjock has one:

I dearly hope for your sake it is 3/4×16 because oddball sizes are tough to find and usually expensive. Have you tried a 3/4×16 nut to see if it fits?
