Repair Manuals For Delta Drill Press

I need a repair manual for the Delta drill press DP-350. Since the nearest repair facility is 150 miles away in St Louis or 175 miles to Kansas City it is cheaper to find a repair manual or buy another drill press. The problem is with the variable speed selector. It is a dial type and it only goes from full speed to mid range. I cannot dial it to a lower speed than mid-range. Does anyone know of a source for repair manuals. The operator manual is of no help.
