This came from Dr. Phil, but I still think the advice is valid. I am going to implement this.

I am passing this on to you because it definitely works and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives.

By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace.

Dr Phil proclaimed,

’The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.’

So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn’t finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey’s Irish Cream, a bottle of Kailua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates.

You have no idea how good I feel right now .

Please pass this on to those whomever you think might be in need of inner peace

LOL! Although I’m not a big fan of Dr. Feel I have to admit that your experiment is proof that these are indeed words of wisdom!

If I could finish all that I’ve started and not yet finished I would certainly be calmer… maybe your approach is a good starting point….anything that I remember after step one is probably really important to do :-)

Congratulations – you’re the first person to prove Dr. Phil actually has a clue about what he says!

So inner peace comes from staying very busy.. You get too busy to worry. Whos list is not very long.

Hi Bob;

I could use some inner and outer peace! Will this still work?

I’ll let you know tomorrow.

I figured I better write this before I start finishing things off around here.

Ha ha ha ha ha!

Mario, I’m mostly busy because I have to redo so much but, it keeps me happy.

The boss is a bit of a grump about it though.

Woodworking helps me relax.;-)

I found inner peace through an abundance of pharmaceuticals!
