please help me identify this clamp fixture

I inherited some tools from my father. among the accessories was this clamping fixture. Can anyone identify which tool it belongs with? not sure if it goes with a miter saw or a planer or what it is for.

Looks kind of like a miter saw material clamp. Can’t see all
of it.

I looked and there were two holes drilled in a cut off saw that match the fixture. Appears to hold material in place while you cut.

It’s from a metal cut-off saw. It holds the material to the fence.
