Hello,

first of all, apologies for my poor, untrained english (I am from Italy).

I have discovered LJ just few days ago and found it awesome. I am very impressed by the amount of knowledge shared here by a great community of people with so many different interests and skills.

My woodworking activities are mainly related to scale ship modeling (my favorite hobby), but I am also developing interest in full size projects (boxes, furniture etc.).

I will post soon something about my projects.

Thank you

Alessandro Ferrari

Welcome, sorry I know zero for conversational Italian but woodworking is a universal language. Built it, show a picture and it will tell us a story.

Thanks for welcoming

I’ll post soon some photos of the ship model I am building. In the meantime you can see some in my website (sorry, it in Italian only): a link to my current project:

those photos are not very recent, but I’ll update soon.

Welcome! I do not need to understand Italian to be able to see you are a very skilled craftsman. The joints on the rib of the ship are outstanding. I really need to see them on a full sized screen and not my phone. You will have to post a blog on how you do this.
