Tell me this fellow hatchet men can a hand held power planer specifically thr Makita KP0810CK be adjusted so it can plane bevels without holding the planer at an angle from the work piece?
Im thinking of shimming the blades but it think it might well be a bit dangerous.

To my knowledge, no. Those tools are specifically designed to do one thing, and bevels aren’t it.
