Yes i know I will never make it as a movie star! I have been working on this lathe for a couple months. I have the next couple days off and maybe I can turn something on it. I have several thoughts on attachments but for now this is a video of where I am in the build.

Good grief man. That lathe can superceed any that I have seen on the market.

just to let you know I have never had a serious cut from any industrial equipment. The finger tip was bit off by a VW rabbit Diesel timing belt when a salesperson decided to start it while I was checking the belts and hoses.

thats the slow range 8:1 reduction shaft it has a spare drive sprocket on it.
