Which Fence Facing?

For those who have a SawStop and have added the Incra TS System, what type of fencing material did you use to ‘face’ the Incra’s fence? Also, any recommendations in the installation? Thanks.

Greg The Cajun Box Sculptor home \| projects \| blog 3833 posts in 1506 days #1 posted 98 days ago	I have used the Incra TS system and have never had a need to put a face on it. Is there some reason a Saw Stop requires it or is it just something you want to add? -- Every step of any project should be considered your masterpiece if you want the finished product to reflect the quality of your work. http://www.FineArtBoxes.com
DonJ home \| projects \| blog 207 posts in 1724 days #2 posted 98 days ago	If the blade on the SawStop touches the metal fence (while running or winding down), it will trip the brake and require a new brake and saw blade. I’ve heard were a brake was activated because of static and being too close to a metal fence…hence the need for an auxiliary fence. -- Don, San Antonio, TX
