Ok, one final thought…....putting it out there for opinions.

Black bottoms on legs or not?

I’d say ‘not’.

I think both look neat. The contrast is nice, tough call. Typically end-grain to end-grain joinery is not very strong so you’d probably want to reinforce that joint at the base of the leg, and that may be some additional work you may not be wanting to do, which may affect your decision.

NOT. It cheapest the piece.

Nope, overkill. First piece looks very elegant without being too busy.

i am a blackfoot guy. to me it completes the look. the one above is nice but the bottom doesnt look like the flow of the design is terminated. When done – both will be wonderful.

Personal preference I would say. I like the black foot.

Curve sofas are a great addition to any room. They really make decorating so much easier. They go great in the living room, family room, den or office. Just make sure that you have enough space for it to fit. Measure two times maybe even three just to make sure it is going to fit.

But they are not always the easiest to find. This is especially true if you live in a smaller town, without many furniture stores. Online is a great place to find furniture.

Find out more about curved sofas online you can click here

These sofas can be quite expensive and requires a huge investment. So be very careful in choosing this type of sofa, keeping in mind the space and structure of your living room.

Both designs look really nice. I like the black feet too and agree that it is just a matter of personal taste. I suggest asking others that will live with it what they think and otherwise just go with your gut. You will be happy with either choice. Nice design and enjoy the build.

No black feet.
While it’s not a total abomination, it really distracts the eye away from the rest of the table.

The skirt it’s self looks too deep as well Imo. To my eye, it looks out of proportion in comparison to the thin top and tapered legs.
Wouldn’t take much to correct it. If it were me, I’d knock an inch(give or take) off of the height of the skirt (1/2” off both top and bottom rails)while keeping the drawer faces the same dimensions. Proportion side and back skirt accordingly.

The spalted drawer fronts are meant to be a main design feature, and they see to get a bit ‘lost’ in the wider framework.
Again, just my opinion.

Go for the black bottom legs. It makes the piece look distinct.

I like the black feet – depends a little what it sits on.

If the table is sitting on a hardwood floor, it would be nice to have a little contrast so the leg doesn’t blend in with the floor.

I don’t think you can go wrong either way

Very nice design. Sofa table is really nice piece of furniture. If you need extra display space, or a nice little bookshelf, take a look at the sofa tables available that have a bottom shelf. It’s a great place to stash books or other art objects.
