Topic tags/keywords: harbor freight dust collector deal sale

Hey guys. This didn’t come up on a search, so i hope it’s not old news. I get a new magazine the other day, and it had a 25% off one item coupon from Harbor Freight. Their 2hp dust collector is also on sale for $199.99 at the website. That’s $150, plus shipping and any applicable tax. I got out of there for $180 after everything. Pretty good deal for a dust collector! If you’re thinking about purchasing one, now may be the time. I would have been able to get it even cheaper (no shipping cost) but my local HF was sold out.

What magazine did you find the 25% coupon in?

It was in Digital Photography magazine. Apparently it is also in the HF flyer that my brother-in-law just got in the mail. I can’t get them to send me the flyer no matter how many times I fill out the card in the store or go online…

Brian, The easiest way to get them to mail you the flier is to buy something and then return it. When you return something you have to give them your address. I don’t know why that is, but somehow that finds it’s way into their mailing list.

The coupon is also in the April Popular Woodworking magazine and in the April issue of Woodworker’s Journal, but in both cases the discount is at 20%.

Sorry, the coupon was actually in Popular Photography, not Digital Photography. Thanks for the tip on the mailer, I did just order that DC from their website, so maybe I’ll start getting them now.

There is commonly a coupon for the DC priced at $149. Check various woodworking magazines and popular mechanics.

I used the coupon in Wood Magazine.
