i have a delta direct drive table saw.use for small stuff. now trying to cut blade stops motor weird loud noise. what can i do and where.thank you all.

Is the blade sharp?
Is the kerf closing in on the blade?
Is there a splitter/riving knife?

Check the internal belt in the motor (#226 in picture below). It’s a common cause of problems with those saws.
