In the movies when screaming crowds of people are running away from a monster are only the women and children screaming or are the men also screaming?

The only reason I ask is that I’ve just discovered Dr Who and we all know there’s a plethora of weekly monsters on the show…

Dr Who? People scream in it? Why? They must all be wussies. All you’ve got to do to thwart a Dalek is go up the stairs, I’m sure even an old Granny could could outrun the Cybermen. That should be a plethora of weakly monsters…
