Yeah, I called the 800 number, mega menu says to direct ALL “parts inquiries or orders to parts@harborfreight.com”. I’ve sent two e-mails and have yet to hear from them.

Its been a bit since I used that number but the last time I did you would actually get through to a real live person. Call me old fashioned and cranky but I just find it downright stupid how businesses today make it harder and harder for the customer to communicate with them. I hope they get back to you shortly and can help you out.

They do that so frustration will piss you off enough to give up and they won’t have to deal with you. Dealing with Customer issues cuts into their break time and profits. Greed, the Corporate mantra.
