I took the day off work to install my Clear View Dust collector.
This is the lean against roof that I built last year all around my shop to store my lumber, where I am going to install the Clear View.
I made and I installed the support bracket. I used 6×3/8 lag-bolts
This the 5HP motor and the impeller, this assembly is very heavy.
The motor and impeller are installed, Doing it all by myself was a real job ( I am over 63 years old)
This is the impeller housing
The impeller housing is instaled
This is the cyclone itself The cyclone is installed
Now the filters are installed. -- Bert |

Congratulations! I know how it is to work by myself. Sometimes I think I’m getting to old to lift a sheet of plywood. Nice work. I hope it works well for you. -- Paul, Las Vegas |

Bert if you ever spoke the truth you did when you stated the mote and impeller is heavy! That thing is HEAVY. You got this right up. Good for you. Enjoy. |

Jealousy headed your way! I had decided that Clear View cyclone was the tool of choice for my shop, but that decision puts off the purchase a couple years until I can afford it. Your install looks neat.! -- Dan Krager, Olney IL http://www.kragerwoodworking.weebly.com |

Hey Bert, We’re the same age so I can relate. Good job on the install and it runs pretty quiet. I can just barely hear it from my place. LOL -- " I'll try to be nicer, if you'll try to be smarter" gfadvm |

Looks good Bert, glad to hear its up and running. Now how do you plan to connect it to your machines? -- Aaron - central California "If you haven't got the time to do it right, when will you find the time to do it over?" |

Good to see the progress Bert. What is your reaction to the noise with it hanging where it is? -- I long for the days when Coke was a cola, and a joint was a bad place to be (Merle Haggard) |
