Topic tags/keywords: ryobi ap 10 benchtop planer drive belt

I recently had to do this on my old AP10 planer, did a lot of searching and found little help. Except comments like “good luck”

So when I finally figured it out I wrote the procedure I used up and have a Acrobat pdf file of the procedure with photos and a copy of the AP 10 users manual. Will be happy to share ….just contact me and I will email it to you.. just email me at

Jim, I have almost unused AP10 and have managed to locate spares and a manual. I have never turned it on thinking I should clean out old grease and check the belt etc. . I’d really appreciate your instructions. Sending you an email. Thank you. -Jack

Jim, I have an AP10 as well. My drive belt just broke and I am getting ready to dig into the project. I would love a copy of the procedure if you don’t mind!
