Help identify wood?

I’d been looking around for ideas for an “unusual” bed project and stumbled on this item:

This appears to be far beyond my skill set let alone my tool set, but I love a challenge. I haven’t made
a piece of furniture in several years, but this is quite inspiring. I’m just wondering at this point what type
of wood was used. If someone can identify it, many thanks.

The dark has to be walnut, for the other wood, maybe you can find a match here.

those end panels appear to be bookmatched veneer… I wish I could make something like that.

Also, one of those panels begs for an inlaid magnolia blossom.

I think that it is tree wood. Verrrry rare… nice bed design though
