Hello everyone I have a chance to buy a rigid r4330 new/recondition 225$. It is from a tools direct outlet store 125 miles from me.do you guys think that this is a good deal. I currently do not have a planer.thanks in advance
Well that stinks, in that case, $225 seems reasonable price for a new planer. Maybe stock up on the blades, how long will they be available? I bought my Ridgid TS3650 reconditioned several yrs ago for $300, maybe the best WW deal/value I have gotten so far.
I got lucky a few weeks ago and was able to get the floor model r4330 from my local Home Depot. They had it priced for $99, but the saleswomen took another 10% off because they could not find the owner's manual. Except for a deep scratch on the infeed table, it looks and runs like new.
Milbuckeye Well (for curiousity only) I looked at my local Home Depot for the R4331. The search results netted a zero for the R4330. The R4331 is not sold in any of the stores near me. But they have free shipping. Thats an option to check out I think. The R4330 and 4331 both have great reviews. Good luck
Yeah, not in California neither. My HD only has an R4331 for $399.00.
I was THAT close…........
