Topic tags/keywords: spam woodworking videos classes

I am new to the site, and I have a specific desire to let people know about a crowd funding project I am running on Indiiegogo. The subject of the campaign includes a Free video teaching library that will be the first that I know of that provides a complete program of videos from the very basic to complete projects organized so that anyone who wants to teach can connect the levels for their own curriculum.

I am in for good on this site, and find it very rich. I would like to let as many people know about my plans as possible. Since it is for a an appeal for money and other support I would love feedback on the appropriate limits for spreading the word.

The entire video set will be posted here as I create it.

Thank you in advance for your advice

John Blunt

I think many of us who’ve been around for a while don’t mind a strong participant linking to work on personal sites, or the occasional one-off for-sale items, but for anything on-going or large-scale commercial we’d rather see you support the site with advertising.

Though frankly I’m not sure that there’s much woodworking related advertising on this site any more. Sigh.

You might want to make a blog about what you are doing. The
blogs get a fair amount of traffic.
