I used that same table saw for 35 years. What a work horse. Never let me down. It now sits waiting for the next garage sale…..................

All in all the older craftsman saws where very durable, safe, easy to use and ahead of their time. Things like left telt blade, safety switch mounted on fence rail.
This saw has the old saw blade that you sharpen …..non carbide mounted on it. You see these saws everywhere used and abused but I never seen one like this that was never run.

I’m still using the same saw maybe a few years earlier but it looks the same. Added a new fence but it cuts anything I feed it and accurately with the new fence. The original fence is fine until it wears out but new it will last for years.
