I am the worse at doing searches – but nothing I’ve searched brings up the post I’m looking for. So perhaps you can help me. As I recall a very long time ago there was a post with a list of articles that compared the pros and cons of plastic v. wood cutting boards. I’m trying to find that post. I’ve found some articles on the net, but it seems to me there were 10 or 12 articles that the original poster had culled that were very good at arguing their points. I’d like to find those articles. If anyone can help I’d appreciate it.

I found this and about a hundred others. There are tons of articles out there and on LJ. Hard to sort them out.

Grandpa – thanks – that is the one article I always fall back on. There are a ton of articles for sure. I just know that someone has already culled through them and found some really good ones pro and con. Not that I’m being lazy and don’t want to read all those articles – but since someone already has I was hoping to save myself a little time. Dr. Cliver’s article is noted in quite a few other articles so that’s always a good sign that he’s got a good point to make.
