Along the lines of the LJ workshop map (which mine doesn’t show on, for some reason), I wonder if there is a way to locate or search for LJ’s near me, or in my home state?

This virtual stuff is great, but I’d love to find some folks close to swap tips with, compare shops, maybe teach me how to sharpen and properly use a plane… any way to do this, or is it a feature others would find useful? Or we could “join the Ohio group” or something like that…

That is a great idea. I wonder if Martin could help us on this one. I have found one that is in my state but would like to find others.

back in the “olden days” all the members fit on the map – and then there was a population explosion and the map developed a glitch.
I’m pretty sure this went onto Martin’s to-do list. Not sure where it sits on the priority though.

here is the LIST of members http://lumberjocks.com/workshops/list
