I think those could be made rather easy using a cove molding or perhaps a piece of crown molding with a cove in it. -- Jerry--A man can never have enough tools or clamps |

Looks like they were created out of a laminating the dark and light wood as a long piece. Then shaped on a router table or shaper. Cut into manageable lengths. the scallop on the “inside” may have been cut on a bandsaw or scroll saw. The other end mitered and glued. Probably assembled before mounting to the box.
