I have a customer that told me he is getting a new Bayou Cypress Ceramic Grill and he is looking to have an islnd built for it. What would everyone suggest for a good outdoor wood to use. I told him that I could go with cedar, mahogany, or IPE. Need something that is rot resistant and will look nice.

Thoughts?
