I am selling my Stanley #113 circular plane and thought I would post it here before Ebay…

The plane is all original but it has been cleaned well and tuned. The iron is freshly sharpened and honed on the bevel side and the back has been lapped flat and polished. The chip breaker was also tuned. The bolts are all lubed and adjustments work great.

The plane is an older type (not sure of the actual type) and has the older style depth adjustment and cap iron.

I am only asking 140.00 and that includes US shipping. Please send me a PM if interested. I do have PayPal and would prefer that as payment method.

Thanks

She’s a beauty!! I already have 2 or I’d buy it. That’s a VERY good price.

Looks to me like a type 2. Very nice plane! I also already have one (a type 1) or I’d snap it up. I’m sure a taker will come along soon!

Doesn’t that one also forma convex arc for doing hollows? I’m interested. Have to ponder that for a while.

That is nice. Well done.
I need to get mine cleaned up.
Oh yeah, I need to find a replacement handle.
It’s going to be tuff.

runswithscissors, yes the sole is adjustable for both concave and convex curves. Once tunes up, these planes work very very well. Here is mine working on some mahogany table legs.

Okay, if you haven’t sold it yet, I’ll buy it. Don’t know the protocol for sending a PM, so I’ll just give my email: davidpeebles@comcast.net. I do have a pay pal account.
