After a great many moons, I’ve finally gotten back into woodworking. I sold the old Rockwell Beaver and bought a new General. After about 3 weeks using the shop vac for dust collection I figured it was time for a change. After much research I had a bash at making a Thien clone. I used a used 5 gal bucket from the local paint store, some fittings and a hose from Busy Bee, some scrap plywood and there ya go. If any body is sitting on the fence about making one of these, do your self a favor and get to it. One of the best things I’ve ever made. I bought 6’ of clear hose…I think 3’ would have done.
