Uppers are always 54” off the floor. Draw your level line on the wall and using a dead man (1×4 pine 55” long) I rest the cabinet on the top of it which is already lined up with your predrawn level line. A slight kick in or out can adjust the height to fine tune it. No preplanning, almost zero cost and replaceable instantly. I’ve also been known to cut the deadman into pieces on a job if needed. -- Sam Hamory - The project is never finished until its "finished"! |

It sounds like work to take pictures and write up an article about how I made it. I can think of better things to do with my time, unless people want to buy plans. |

Actually his name is Chuck and he’s well known around the woodworking sites. Seems ol’ Chuckie likes to think he’s got a better way of doing things like woodworking and dust collection and we should all pay for his expertise. The sad part is, Charlie has some good ideas that are really worth something, but he doesn’t have a clue how to market them and spends more time pissing off his potential clients than anything else. He’s been banned from just about every site there is and I’m betting he’ll get banned from this one after he reads this post! -- Friends don't let friends use right tilt contractor saws...... |

Again?...Really? What do you expect to gain out of posts like this? You’re certainly not making any friends, and you definitely won’t sell any plans either. -- Wag more, bark less. |
