It’s at the big E next weekend (West Springfield MA). Since I can see the big E from out of the window of my home office, I figure I should make an appearance. My wife is on-call so I am not sure what day, but am leaning toward Friday afternoon/evening.

I’ll be tying to make it Saturday. That is IF I’m not plowing/salting in Vermont!

I didn’t even see that. My wife wants to go also, so Sunday sounds a lot better. Now if I can only convince her that a felder jointer/planer is a better use of my year end bonus than 2500sq feet of hardwood flooring.

lumberjoe, if you can convince her, I’ll give her my wifes number – need some coercing for the felder/hammer combi machine ;)

We’ll probably be there sunday noontime (but might be just after) with the kids. I was originally thinking about setting up a meeting at Paul Sellers seminar as he is a fellow LJ, but am still not sure what time his seminar starts (they did not post the schedule this time around).

Edit: I removed the suggestion to update this post for meeting time – I’ll do that on the other thread… my bad :)

It’s not going well. We will be there on Saturday as that is the only time that works for our babysitters. She is super excited that Craft Supply will be there. She even weathered the “cold” (it was in the 40’s yesterday) to turn about half a dozen cigar pens yesterday.

My son and her daughter will be with their respective (other) parent, so that leaves our 18 month old daughter. You are probably right, they will be fine. In fact, just drop your little guy off here and save on the parking. We can walk over. That is the big E (through the trees), taken from my front steps

I’d like to go, if I can figure out a ride.

Anybody travelling through Brattleboro on your way there, send me a message?

I would love to go but am working maybe next year. Be great to meet some other LJs and put faces to (screen)names

joe if you end up losing out on that felder machine, let me know if you need any help with the hardwood flooring
