Topic tags/keywords: question

I’m wondering if there is a source that tells you where all the woodworking competitions and contests are held, how to enter, etc. I’m interested in starting to enter some of the contests and don’t even know what, when, how, or where. I’d probably be more likely to enter local competitions here in SoCal. Any input or advise is welcome.

Some of the magazines, like “Woodwork” has listings for meetings and shows in each issue. Might be some place to start. Most of the shows give out prizes.

Try your local county or state fair. Also check for craftfairs.
