I think the ones sold by LV are imperial sized, not metric.

What Live4ever said, plus the LV ones have stained beech handles, but the highland ones have unstained beech handles.

I have the unstained bench chisels in metric sizes from Highland Woodworking and a pair of the stained handle skew chisels from Lee Valley. The quality is exactly the same. The only differences are the handle color and the fact that the skew chisels are imperial (1/2”).
