I’d start by looking for a local source, a saw shop. Not only will they make a blade to your specs, but also can advise you on the best band for your purposes.

59 1/2” is a common size for 9” bandsaws – you should see if that size would work for you – cheap blades in that size should be readily available from Home Depot and other sources.
