I have an adjustable electronic level that I would like to verify for level. How do I do this. I seem to think that you adjust it to level and then turn the level end for end and adjust again, repeating until the buzzer and light are on at both ends. This is one of those levels that has adjustment for angles from level to plumb. The adjustment has detents, but they don’t seem to register perfectly. I could probably set it using a bubble level, but is there a better way?

Plumb line is more accurate than a bubble level.
