Fixing drill press table?

Good morning and Merry Christmas, I have an issue with my drill press, the table has gone out of parallel to the chuck. I see the way to adjust left to right but mine is out front to back and I don’t see any adjustment feature for this??? Is it possible that there would be none? It is an Enlon model KS-13F 16 speed floor drill press. Any thoughts would be welcome.

If you don’t have the habit of tightening the column lock before starting work ther may be debris in there causeing the issue. I’d clean the area and lock then recheck. -- If you want it and it's within reason... It's on it's way!
