Ihave everything apart on this thing but the little fan on the top and i can,t figure out how it comes apart. this router is only a few months old. i was using it there was a pop, i saw some sparks and then it was dead.it sounded perfect no odd noises or anything. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check with Sears and see if they have a manual for it.

Try this site and enter the model number. It will give you and exploded view and may give you an insight as to the dis assembly:
