I would like to build a bench top tool box to hold my turning accessories (caliper, lathe centers, chucks, etc.). I want something small that can sit on top of the cabinet is use for my turning tools.

I want to build something function, but that can also be an heirloom piece for my kids. Anyone have any nice plans, ideas or links you can share to help me with the design and build?

Google “Gerstner tool box plans” and you might get more than you want.

This reference has a lot of ideas but no dimensions.
