Topic tags/keywords: question help

If anyone owns Link a Belt like the one pictured,
would you please trace me an outline of “ONE” of the links and email it to me..
1/2” width type is what I’m looking for..
I lost the image that I had before, OLD AGE maybe..
I could just go buy one but it’s cheaper this way..LOL
I would really appreciate it.

Please trace the link including the holes…

My EMAIL: davidwilliambethune@cogeco.ca

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!

David, I have a big roll of this type of lin belt at the shop, I will verify if it is the 1/2 size and trace one out for you with Caliper measurements. I will be at the shop today and depending how excited I get cause sometimes I may be there till morning if I get in the Mood…. You know how it is….

Thank you very much for the help folks!!!
Now I can cut them on my Laser.. I bought the material for CHEAP and I can now make the link belts for like 10 cents a foot.. The price they charge for it is criminal..
If anyone else has access to a Laser.. buy TREADMILL Tread… it’s cheap and comes in long rolls..
Just cut the pattern..
I’ll post some pictures later ..

What type of cutter are you using in the CNC to cut the link belt material?

Gsheperd.. thank you. I have one that another member sent me already. Maybe yours is a different style though so I’d still like to have it.

Hi Ron: I’m not using a CNC I’m using a LASER.. It cuts with a LASER Beam not a cutter.

I’ve done a couple trial runs and have to modify the cutouts in the links slightly because the Tradmill tread is slightly thinner material.

It sure SMOKES when ya cut it ..LOL Thankfully I have a super exhaust system..
