The three i’ve gotten over the past month or so. A Craftsman #4h, A Fulton #3 ( with a West German iron) and a DUNLAP #3. Some size differences, even between the two #3 sized planes. All are about the same age group, and I think they were all sold at Sears. A look at the three amigos:

Nice Family Portrait? The Dunlap is the same length as the Craftsman #4H, but has an 1-3/4” blade.

Two even have those infamous RED frogs:

Now the questions:

All three were sold at Sears? Why would a #3 base be the same length as a #4 base? The one has a black frog instead of Sears’ Red frog? All three have the letters “BL” stamped on them, a Sears item??

All seem to be very decent planes, i guess I should be on the lookout for others like these?
