Since A LOT of Tool choice convo's end up Cust. Serv. related, I have to add props to these Co.

First, I’ve had many topics end up sour because of customer service issues about “said” Company.

I have been turned from some Manufacturers just because of their reviews on cust. serv.

Well, I’ve had some very pleasant experiences and feel I should make it a point to give them their due!

(1) FastCap – GlueBots
I had a cracked cap on a NEW 16oz GlueBot when I returned home from store.
Instead of dealing with this certain Woodworking store whom I’ve had a bad relationship with due to THEIR Cust. Serv., I emailed FastCap…2 DAYS later, yup 2 days, Sat-Mon…I received a package of a NEW ENTIRE GlueBot…AND 2 BabyBots, AND 4 replacement caps and all tips and guides, AND a HAT!

(2) DeWalt Power Tool – Fixed Router Base for DW618 2 1/4 hp Router.
The clips that hold the adjustment ring onto the base snapped off because “I” turned it WAY TOO FAR…BUT they sent me a $75 Replacement base 4 Days later, no questions asked. I emailed them, sent pics of base, and my receipt from 2 months ago, and BAM!!! a new base.

(3) CleanStream/Gore Ind. – Shop Vac CleanStream Filter
I bent the shit out of my CleanStream $30 Filter, banging it to get dust off…I told them it didn’t fit tight on the Vac anymore due to tapping it to clean.
BAM!!!! New Filter $30, on the way!

I have faith in customer service, and not once did I call any of these Companies, just a simple email, with facts and scanned receipts.
