Searching for flexible edge molding of a different type

Hi all. Hopefully I will explain this clear enough that someone will have a solution for me.

Most of us are familiar with t molding and I think I am looking for something similar. However, instead of finishing the edge of a table/desk/whatever, I am looking for something to finish the edge or a 3/4” barrel/tube.

So I need something that flexes around the face of the radius of the circle (top and bottom of the barrel/tube)

I have googled and called many flexible molding website with no luck. Hopefully someone in Lumberjock land will have an idea for me. I am open to other suggestions as well.
