Where do you get your hardwood and exotic dowels? I’d like to score some padauk, purple heart, african blackwood and some light colors. -- Failure does not stop me, it makes me try harder..... because I'm crazy. |

I get mine from Edensaw and Superior Hardwoods. I also get dowels from Rockler if I am placing an order otherwise. I have made some dowels too if I need a small amount of something special, although I am not really fond of making them. Now that I have a lathe, making larger dowels will be a lot easier. -- Bondo Gaposis |
