In june 2011 I lost my 1200 sq ft shop to a fire. I finally got a 1050 sq ft replacement building built in the back yard. I’ve been replacing tools as time and cash allows.

I have a line on a Delta Air Filter system but the remote doesn’t work. Before starting the negotiations with the guy, I want to see about a replacement solution. A replacement isn’t available from Delta so I’m tossing this out for ideas.

It occurred to me to use a ladder and my fingers, but I sure do prefer th econvenience of a remote.

Thanks
Joe

I bought one used that had a remote that didn’t work. A different
brand, but I imagine the electronics in these units are the same.

I took the remote apart, and put it back together and it started
working.

There’s also a little rubber reset button inside the battery
compartment on the remote.

you can use a wireless dust collector remote. instead of plugging in the dust collector, plug in the filter. You can get remote christmas light switched for cheap that work great.

thanks for the advice. I’m looking for a solution that would let me not only cycle power, but set the timer and speeds too…

I am hoping someone has somehow encountered another remote that works too.
